Google is Going To End the cloud gaming service ‘Google Stadia’

Google Stadia, the cloud gaming service was launched through a closed beta in October during the year 2018, and it was then available for all users by the year2019. Google, an American Tech Company has decided to end its cloud gaming service by 18th January 2023 as its services were not up to mark to drag the attention  of the users. Moreover, it did not even earn satisfactory profits.

According to Verge, various publishers have given some ways to carry their games on other platforms after ending their access. The report also said that more refunds will be made  by January 18, 2023. In the interim, Google has declared that it brings end-to-end encryption to Gmail on the browser. Presently in Beta, users will have the right to send and receive encrypted emails within and outside  their domain.

As Google suggested, client-side encryption helps to maintain data secrecy which exists for some time now on Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet and Beta. The Tech Company said that the users can apply for Gmail client-side encryption beta who have Google Workspace Enterprise Plus, Education Plus, or Standard until the end of January 2023. The customers should submit their Gmail client-side encryption beta application with the information including an email address, Project ID, and Test Group Domain. This is not yet available for customers with Personal Google Account, Google workspace essential, Business starter, Business Standard, Business Plus, Education Fundamental, and Frontline. Google has also announced  the implementation  at a later date in 2023.
