Reliance Jio has officially rolled out Jio AirFiber, its groundbreaking wireless internet service. Aimed at delivering high-speed internet, smart home services, and home entertainment, Jio AirFiber has made its debut in eight cities: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune.
With Jio AirFiber, the company promises fiber-like speeds without the need for physical wiring. Users can simply plug in the device, activate it, and enjoy high-speed internet with True 5G technology, along with the ability to create a personal Wi-Fi hotspot within their homes.
How to Get Jio AirFiber
The process to get Jio AirFiber with included home devices (Wi-Fi router, 4K Smart Set-Top Box, and voice-activated remote) is straightforward:
- Initiate the booking process through a missed call, the official website, or a nearby Jio Store.
- Register for Jio AirFiber services.
- Jio will contact users when the services become available in their building.
Jio AirFiber Plans and Details
With the launch of Jio AirFiber, the company has introduced six plans offering high-speed internet and additional benefits. The plans are divided into two categories: Airfiber and AirFiber Max.
- Jio AirFiber Plans: These include three plans priced at Rs 599, Rs 899, and Rs 1199, respectively, offering up to 100 Mbps high-speed internet data. Users also enjoy access to over 550 digital channels and 14 OTT apps, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and JioCinema Premium.
- Jio AirFiber Max Plans: In this category, Jio offers three plans priced at Rs 1499, Rs 2499, and Rs 3999, respectively, providing speeds of up to 1 Gbps. Alongside high-speed internet, users gain access to over 550 digital channels and 14 OTT apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and JioCinema Premium. Note that JioAirFiber Max is available in select areas.
