Both Drishyam 2 and Bhediya have taken the box office by storm. In post-pandemic times Drishyam 2 is one of the best success stories ever for a Bollywood film during the last few years, and it has been smashing several records. The Ajay Devgn starrer crime thriller film is very soon going to touch the Rs 200-crore mark. Even on the third Sunday of the release, it closed at a score which is just around 30% lesser than the first day.
On the other hand, Bhediya has crossed the 50-crore mark and has the potential to enter the 100 Crore Club. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon starrer horror comedy film hit the screens on November 25 with a decent start and is considering doing well at the box office.
Ayushmann Khurana’s starrer An Action Hero released last Friday made no effect on Drishyam 2 performance at the box office. Anirudh Iyer directed film has received positive to mixed responses from both audiences and critics. The film’s total collection till now stands at 7.24-7.74 crore
It would interesting to know how these three films will perform and continue their momentum after the release of Avatar: The Way of Water after 7 days.
